GENERAL CONDITIONS
The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a
contract neither for the client nor for Agriturismo San Rocco.
The booking request represents an order form and therefore
binding for the client but not binding for Agriturismo San Rocco, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation of Agriturismo San Rocco sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes
the drawing up of the booking contract with options.
If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the
client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of
Agriturismo San Rocco in order that the options are cleared and the booking is
definitely confirmed.
At which point Agriturismo San Rocco promise to send the client a confirmation letter and resume
voucher which the client must present at the Check-in.
The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation
conditions of the establishment concerned.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MINIMUM STAY
The minimum stay is normally one week, from saturday to saturday. Stays of three or less days are accepted according with seasonals periods.
PAYMENT POLICY
At reservation: 30% of total amount.
Balance: 30 days before check-in.
For reservations carried out less than 30 days from the beginning of the stay: the customer must pay 100% of total amount.

CREDIT CARDS (VISA; MASTERCARD; DINERS; AMERICAN EXPRESS).
The reservation becomes binding for our structure only at the moment of the reception of the receipt of deposit payment.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Euro 250,00, to pay cash at the moment of the keys withdrawal.
It will be given back at check-out after deduction for eventual damages caused in the lodging and of eventual additional expenses.
Arrival (check-in): the apartments are available on Saturday from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm (in any case, the baggage can be left previously).
Departure (Check-out): apartments must be left on Saturday before 10.00 am.
CANCELLATION POLICY
from reservation to 60 days before check-in -> cancellation fee: 15% of total amount
from 59 to 30 days before check-in -> cancellation fee: 50% of total amount
from 29 to 1 day before check-in -> cancellation fee: 90% of total amount

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)
For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution
e/o to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions
are applied, in which a part Agriturismo San Rocco, are legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of
the local law courts of Perugia.
